Barnabas Ministry

The Barnabas Ministry supports and cares for the pastor and his family, ensuring they are encouraged, equipped, and able to effectively fulfill their God-given responsibilities to the church.

“Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching.”

1 Timothy 5:17 (ESV)

Our purpose

Why we serve

The Barnabas Ministry exists to provide intentional care, encouragement, and support for the pastor and his family. Members serve because they recognize the importance of pastoral leadership and desire to help sustain the pastor's spiritual, emotional, and practical well-being as he ministers to the congregation.

Our goals

What we work toward

We are working toward creating a culture of appreciation, support, and care for the pastor and his family. Success looks like a pastor who feels encouraged, valued, and equipped to lead, teach, and shepherd the church effectively.
