Deacons

The Deacon Ministry serves the church by supporting the pastor, caring for church members, and helping meet the spiritual and practical needs of the congregation.

“Likewise must the deacons be grave, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre.”

1 Timothy 3:8 (KJV)

Our purpose

Why we serve

The Deacon Ministry exists to assist in the work of the church by providing servant leadership, encouraging members, and helping maintain unity within the body of Christ. Deacons give their time to serve others, support church ministries, and demonstrate Christ's love through action.

Our goals

What we work toward

The ministry strives to strengthen the church through faithful service, spiritual leadership, and compassionate care for members. Success is seen when the needs of the congregation are met, members feel supported, and the church can focus more effectively on its mission of making disciples.
